The Phoenica Beirut

A landmark property and celebrated ‘grande dame’ in central Beirut.

The design scheme focused on rejuvenating the public spaces, particularly the iconic lobby, while preserving the hotel’s legacy of glamour and sophistication.

The design brief called for a sensitive modernisation that honoured the building’s storied character. Working within a deliberately narrow colour palette, the approach relied on nuanced tonal variations, rich textures, and layered materials to evoke depth and elegance. The scope of work included spatial design, detailed documentation, and FF&E specification, all orchestrated to balance contemporary luxury with timeless charm.
