Seaton House
“A layered level of comfortable luxury”.
The interiors elevated the existing offering with a design that has a strong sense of place and heritage, both in the traditional and modern sense.
The luxury re-branding design pillars for the hotel, focused on local flora and fauna, the beauty of the West Sands, The North Sea, and colour palettes from Scottish landscapes.
Visitors will find a unique experience to immerse themselves in and enjoy luxury in a different way, creating unforgettable moments.

Guestrooms & Suites
A modern approach to the building’s lineage of Jacobean style, in fresh colourways, with carefully thought through furnishings. A blend of sophisticated fabrics, highlights are thistle embroidered scatter cushions, bespoke curtain pattern of a Scottish forest, and a mixture of plaids tartans and tweeds. Traditional Scottish charm in a comfortable regal style.
Bow Butt’s Bar
The bar is an example of how the richness of earthy greens, golf course inspired, and warm forest timbers create an atmospheric and welcoming space, giving you a retreat after a day out in St. Andrews.
Ondine Oyster & Grill
The Restaurant plays on the theme of sea and land to plate. The design pairs subtle ties to nautical styles with elegant simplicity. Guests can leave their most treasured whisky bottle in a personalised compartment. The stunning views towards the first tee of the iconic Old Course and the West Sands harmonise with the design and with the theatre of the Oyster Bar becoming part of the show.
The Boardroom Restaurant
The concept has grown from the idea of making yourself at home in someone’s kitchen, looking to share some light bites in a fresh and light residential setting. The main features in the Boardroom are the feature copper thistle chandelier and the ‘at home’ show kitchen. To enhance the space, we used a wall of antique mirror to give the illusion of depth.
