Upperworth Studios collaborated with the in-house design team at Graduate Hotels to deliver the transformation of this Venetian Gothic landmark, carefully implementing the rollout of 151 uniquely designed guestrooms and suites. With a thoughtful approach to its Grade II-listed status, the renovation preserves and celebrates the building’s historic character while introducing a concept rooted in Oxford heritage and classic British style.
